Workflow modes
TO3000 supports two workflow modes for organising client work.
With Projects
Section titled “With Projects”With Projects groups client jobs under projects.
Use this structure when a project is useful as the container for related jobs, schedules, files, or billing work.
Without Projects
Section titled “Without Projects”Without Projects manages client jobs without requiring a project container.
Use this structure when your work is naturally tracked job by job for each client.
What the mode changes
Section titled “What the mode changes”The selected mode changes how project-related modules and client-job workflows are presented. It does not turn TO3000 into a different product; it changes the working structure used for client jobs.
Choose the structure that matches how you organise work and billing.
If you already have production data, back up the database before making a structural workflow change.
