Invoices and payments

TO3000 keeps client invoicing and incoming payments as separate but connected parts of the client workflow.

Current application modules include Invoices to Clients and Payments from Clients.

A client invoice can contain linked client jobs and the financial details needed to calculate the amount due.

The invoice editor supports information such as:

  • linked jobs;
  • taxes and discounts;
  • payment method;
  • invoice date and due date;
  • notes and custom fields;
  • linked payments and credit notes;
  • total, paid amount, and balance due.

The exact invoice content depends on the client, linked work, and your business settings.

Payments can be linked to invoices so TO3000 can show how much has been paid and what balance remains.

The invoice editor also provides a Create Payment action for the current invoice workflow.

Keep payment records aligned with the real transaction so outstanding balances remain useful.

Current TO3000 supports document templates and invoice output, including modern DOCX/PDF-based document generation.

Electronic-invoice options are available separately where configured.

For UBL/Peppol and other supported electronic-invoice output, see E-invoicing.
