Settings overview

TO3000 groups configuration for the application, your business, workflow, financial reference data, folders, templates, and other working defaults.

Current TO3000 includes settings for areas such as:

  • user interface and grid preferences;
  • business settings;
  • defaults and workflow mode;
  • languages, services, service groups, and volume units;
  • currencies, exchange rates, unit ratios, taxes, and discounts/markups;
  • folders and templates;
  • email templates;
  • custom variables, fields, queries, and reports;
  • colours, fonts, confirmations, and spell checking;
  • electronic invoicing;
  • AI-related configuration.

The exact controls available can depend on the current edition and enabled components.

Business settings hold company-level data used throughout TO3000, including information needed for financial documents.

Current 7D also keeps the Peppol watcher/e-invoicing settings on the Business Settings page. The page was rebuilt so all fields remain reachable at supported display sizes and font settings.

See E-invoicing for the current electronic-invoice workflow.

TO3000 has a dedicated workflow-mode setting. It controls whether your working structure uses projects or manages client jobs without projects.

See Workflow modes.

Database maintenance in the current release can report database size and growth, slow queries, statistics, fragmented indexes, and active sessions.

For data protection and migration, see Backup and restore.
