Client Jobs

Client Jobs are the pieces of client work managed inside Projetex projects.

What the job list shows

The current job view can include:

client, job code and job name;
project code and project name;
assigned, deadline and completed dates;
service, pricing, units and volume;
currency, price, exchange rate and totals;
client PO and invoice information;
invoicing or paid state;
project manager, client product line and client PM;
special status.

Manage jobs

Projetex provides actions to create, edit, delete and clone jobs. In the project jobs view, the right-click menu also exposes job-management actions.

A project can contain:

Client Jobs;
linked Corporate Jobs;
linked Freelance Jobs.

When deleting a client job, Projetex can require its related expert jobs to be removed first.

Create a client job

The current client-job wizard starts from the client and lets you select from that client’s available projects before the job is created.

After creation, use the project jobs view to maintain deadlines, service and pricing information, status and related expert work.
