FTP Connections
Projetex keeps reusable FTP connections for workflows that use an FTP server.
Manage connections
Section titled “Manage connections”The current FTP Connections list provides:
- New;
- Edit;
- Delete.
Connection settings
Section titled “Connection settings”A connection profile includes:
- Connection Name;
- FTP Server and Port;
- User Name and Password;
- Use passive transfer;
- FTP over SSL/TLS;
- Keep connection alive and its NOOP interval.
Projetex uses the saved Use passive transfer setting when it opens the FTP connection.
When FTP over SSL/TLS is enabled, the current editor changes the default port from 21 to 990. Use the actual port and security mode supplied by the FTP server administrator.
When credentials, server details, or network requirements change, update the saved connection before you use it again.
