Accounts and Balances
Projetex provides account views for money expected from clients and money owed to freelancers.
Client accounts
Section titled “Client accounts”The client account view summarizes values such as:
- invoices and credit notes;
- payments and refunds;
- balance;
- base-currency equivalents.
The same area can show Accounts Receivable and general totals. General totals are available in the Base Currency view.
Freelancer accounts
Section titled “Freelancer accounts”The freelancer account view summarizes:
- POs;
- payments;
- balance;
- base-currency equivalents.
It also provides an Accounts Payable summary.
Navigate and report
Section titled “Navigate and report”Account views provide shortcuts such as Goto Client, Goto Project and Goto Expert, plus Export and Print actions.
Use the currency/base-currency controls when you need to compare account values across records that use different currencies.
